A small suggestion for the hotel: PUT UP SIGNS INFORMING GUESTS THAT THE PRIVATE VALET SERVICE AND ACCESS TO VEHICLES IS UNAVAILABLE BETWEEN 11:00 PM AND 7:00 AM. She clearly has zero awareness to the fact that her malicious and false claims and accusations can have very real consequences to the people she makes them against. Both front desk members were incompetent to handle guest frustrations and Autumn needs to be fired immediately as she lacks the emotional maturity, professionalism, and levelheadedness needed for her position. This has soured what should be a happy time for us. The whole experience was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. When one of the friends we are traveling with went in to let the two workers know the valet still hadn’t arrived at 7am, Autumn made him feel threatened as she picked up her phone as if to record him or call someone on him. We were made to feel unwelcome to return the lobby area and like we had to stand on the curb with all our luggage, waiting for the valet to eventually show up with our car 10 minutes late. We were, however, visibly frustrated and just wanted any sort of contact information to get our car so we would not miss our morning plans. At no point did we make any threats of any kind or threaten any form of violence.
She threatened to start recording us and had the audacity to tell her coworker that “maybe (she) should call their manager to report (us).” Again - after refusing to provide any such information to us. When clearly frustrated and asking for contact information for either a supervisor who could resolve the issue or the valet company, AUTUMN at the front desk refused to provide any information or even her name and in fact, in a clearly vindictive and malicious tone, falsely accused us of being hostile and making her feel “threatened”.
